A user in the UK has been complaining of problems with the iPhone 8 software update.
The issue has been identified as being with the update, which is due to go live on Wednesday.
Users have been able to install the update for the iPhone X, iPhone XR and iPhone XS, but not the iPhone 7, according to AppleInsider.
Apple has yet to confirm if the update is affecting the iPhone, but it is expected to roll out to all users at some point.
It is not yet clear whether or not the issue is related to the AppleCare+ security policy which was introduced in March.
